The next morning he must not have remembered the food she gave him the night before. We ran a few errands, and ate at Casa Mexico for dinner. We all love mexican food and Cedrik did pretty well in the restaurant.
Saturday, we had a fun filled day! First we ate some parmeasen bagels...mmm...and then headed to the farmers market. We bought some huge, gorgeous sun flowers, fresh local fruit, bread and veggies. It was fun to walk around, but it was also when Cedrik was used to napping, so he was yelling a lot of the time and Jordan was trying to pacify him with food, which worked until his mouth was empty again.
I couldn't quite get the timing down...
...so Jordan gave me a lesson on timing.
After we went to Hyde Park Pub and Grill. We had a good lunch (burger, sandwich, salad, more fries--really good fries).

Jordan had a Dr's appt that afternoon. So we waited for him outside under some shade trees and went to Goody's for some chocolate, chocolate coke and an Italian soda. Cedrik napped for about 30 minutes, which wasn't enough, but it was all he could stand.
Then we headed to the ZOO! We had fun and Cedrik was a little more interested in the animals this time around.
I have a moth phobia (a real one) and thought that I would be fine in the butterfly exhibit because I've never had a problem with them. When they land on me, I found out, I have a BIG problem with it.
He literally passed out at 6:30.
On Sunday we went for breakfast at Elmer's and just hung out the rest of the day until it was time for her to go. Hopefully we'll get to see her and Warren before the baby comes in December.
OK, it was all fun and games until the photo of the plate of moths. Yuck! Love that little boy of yours. I hope he will let me hold him some day.
ReplyDeleteI thought those were moths! Jordan told me they weren't!
