Fred and Mimi

These two get along the least. Lately everyone has been telling me Mimi is his twin. I don't see twin resemblance, but they do look like siblings. He's taken to carrying her around and loves to get her riled up.

Wild Kratts

Seriously, these boys love wild kratts. Cedrik totally believes he is transforming into any animal he chooses.

Water Shed

Chari, Audie and I took the kids to the water shed.  Although it smelled outside the inside was nice, clean and fun. They had a sand table that simulated rain and the kids could make different landscapes. That was the highlight.

They also had monitors that had different games relating to water. Such as different thing that live in water and keeping the watershed functioning for two minutes-which we could not do!

Cuties

Cedrik learned how to swing on the monkey bars. Freddie didn't want to be left behind so he taught himself too. Eloise is adorable.

Model Trains

There is a train club in Caldwell. It looks like a tiny shop but they have an impressive model built.

Both of the boys got to drive trains including Henry, chuggington, Thomas and a locomotive. Eloise even got to drive a diesel engine. It was fun!

Mowing

I let Cedrik mow the little strip of grass beside the house. Best moment of his life.

Botanical Gardens

The botanical gardens had a public day and we met Audie and her kids there. We had a picnic lunch and then went to the rock museum which was next to the old penitentiary. The boys are fascinated with the penitentiary so that will need to be another visit.

Some of the rocks glowed. They had a seismograph and it would measure our jumps. It also measures the earthquakes that can be felt here which is pretty awesome. Cedrik loves being around people.

Filled Days

Our days have been full of playing outside, bikes, parks, cousins, friends, board games, books, wild kratts, doughnuts, ufos and mother ships, swings, and each other.
