Cooking, Baking...Baking and Cooking

I have crossed off one of my 101 things I am going to do before I die....which I can't find, so I may have to make a new list. ANYWAY...making enchilada's suizas from scratch. It was a Rachael Ray recipe that will be scrapped. Ew. It was not good. Here is a picture:

They look kind of good. We saved the leftovers...but didn't end up eating them. BUT, because of this Jordan informed me that he wanted cheeeeeesy enchiladas. So I found another cheeeeesy recipe and it turned out really well. Chicken and sour cream enchiladas, mmmm. I forgot to take a picture because I was too busy drooling and eating them.

Well...I also bake bread. Yes, you read right. I. Bake. Bread. And it is dang good. It is the perfect sandwhich bread too. Check it out:

I made sweet and sour meat balls with mashed potatoes. I like to think they were more sweet and spicy...but oh well. They were very good too and we'll be eating them again:

I also made some red velvet cake truffels. Ummm.....yeah. SO good. I also haven't taken a picture of those either because, well, we're eating them. :)
