It's summer, and the 4th

We had a really fabulous 4th.

We had bagels for breakfast, playing outside, naps and walked on the greenbelt. The boys played on a water pad at a park and Eloise sweat off about 3lbs during the walk to and from the park. It was really hot.

Jordan's favorite thing to do on the 4th is to eat hot dogs (veggie, of course) and chips. He had a cola and the boys and I had rootbeers. Yum. I debated getting marshmallows to roast but we are going camping (*gasp*) in a few weeks so I'm saving my money for that (vegan marshmallows are dang expensive!).

We got the boys up when it was getting dark to do fireworks. They bought a little pack to do and it was just the right amount. Their smiles are perfect.
