We have 8 days until the "big" day.
People will be arriving from Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Iowa and Canada on Thursday and Friday. Everytime I sit and think about the people who are taking time out of their busy lives to come and support Jordan and me, it makes me so happy. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful friends and family who will travel so far just for one day of celebration.
I cannot wait to see everyone--some people I haven't seen in 2 years--and almost all of these people Jordan has only heard about! It will be nice for both families to interact, we are going to have a very diverse crowd of people.
Tomorrow we'll be attending Kyle and Justine's wedding. We cannot wait. Jordan's work was planning for him to be in Pocatello for the whole weekend, but now he is able to come with me to their wedding AND teach his final primary class (I hope the boys behave for him. But as Sam (in Jordan's class) said last week: "I don't know what it is, but it's like when Brother Porter is here, we just behave" *shruggs shoulders*).
On Wednesday afternoon we were able to go and get our marriage license. Then we met with the Bishop who gave us some great advice that I think we both took to heart. 8 days and counting....
We're going on that hot date also! See ya there!
